Launch and Future of $BRAIN
We had a very rough but still satisfying launch of our first NFT Lootbox recent days. It turned out to work as intended and we will continue to monitor the behaviour of the whole situation. It could be that we will try implementing some changes to optimize the overall system.
But for now, we have found our basic framework to build on which i will explain below.
How does staking work?
- You can stake either 1–5 $BRAIN or 1–5 $Locked LP, below 1 is not possible.
- $Locked LP obtainable via website, 1:1 Univ2 to $Locked LP
- Max. reward is 5 IQ / 24h.
- $Locked LP pool rewards you with $BRAIN.
What’s in the current Lookbox?
We have a total of 1686 NFT’s which is minted over 11 different artpieces.
- Common: 5 Different arts, x 200 Supply
- Rare: Same art, different Frame colour 5 x100 Supply
- Epic: Same art, different Frame colour 5x 20 Supply
- Legendary: Animated Special 4x 10 Supply
- Exotic: Animated Special 2x 3 Supply
What gives the NFT’s value?
There are artists behind these pictures where we have bought exclusive right to use these custom made NFT’s.
We are also able to implement usecases like holder benefits later on, even for low rarity NFT’s.
What’s next?
We are currently going to redesign the website to make it more appealing. We’re going to have an actual lootbox animated that will show you the NFT you pull out.
Currently we’re on some finetuning like adding walletconnect to make it easier for phone users to have access to our farms.
Also we are considering implementing a third farm where we would have no $Locked LP staking limit. If we can not find the right balance we as Community would have to decide what farm you would like more. Either a limited or one without staking limits. (This only applies to $Locked LP).
We will probably start working in the DAO, and i will transfer Ownership of the contracts to it. This is done to give $BRAIN more actual use to apply changes to the system.
Also we are currently looking for reasonable marketing but that has to be done once we got a great setup and new designs done.
Who picks the artists?
The Community decides about the artists. Usually i would get requests which i redirect to the group and let them vote on it.
